
HARDWARE WARRANTY INFORMATION
I. COVERAGE
This warranty provides coverage on all components of the BIGBRITE indoor LED displays. In the event of failure,
BIGBRITE agrees to replace or repair any defects of the indoor LED display for a period of one year from the date
of purchase.
II. SOFTWARE
BIGBRITE assumes responsibility for malfunctioning BIGBRITE Software upon delivery. Every effort will be made
to replace malfunctioning software within 24 hours. Please notify BIGBRITE concerning malfunctioning BIGBRITE

III. COMMUNICATION DEVICES
BIGBRITE assumes responsibility for the proper functionality of modems and wireless communication systems for
a period of one year from the date of purchase. As to wireless performance, local site interference or obstructions
may cause intermittent or complete failure of wireless communication. This warranty does not include replacement
communication methods for the purpose of overcoming local wireless communications interference. Thorough site
survey and testing is the best solution to successful wireless communications deployment.
IV. BIGBRITE INDOOR DISPLAYS
All non-working components of the indoor displays upon delivery will be replaced upon BIGBRITE receiving the
returned product or component. Although in the presence of defects it is a common practice of BIGBRITE to
replace the indoor LED display with a new product of the same specifications, BIGBRITE liability is limited only to
the replacement of defective parts or components. Replacement parts and returns MUST be requested using
BIGBRITE's RMA process. Please see BIGBRITE's Return Policy for details on the RMA process.
V. PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES
BIGBRITE will assist the purchaser with FREE technical support via telephone, however, the purchaser is
responsible for providing a sign installer or technician to troubleshoot with a BIGBRITE technician via telephone.
The purchaser is responsible for installation of warranty parts provided by BIGBRITE. To receive replacement parts

VI. BIGBRITE RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER
BIGBRITE will not be held responsible for damage or operating defects resulting from user neglect, abuse, or
improper installation. BIGBRITE disclaims all liability for damages resulting from power surges, floods, fire,
lightning, earthquakes, storms, or other natural disasters. BIGBRITE also disclaims liability for damages resulting
from any act of vandalism, failure to properly close access doors after service, and failures caused by
environmental conditions beyond BIGBRITE's control such as corrosives, metallic pollutants, acts of God, terrorism,
or war. This warranty does not cover defects or failure due to the use of replacement parts other than those
supplied by BIGBRITE. In no event will BIGBRITE be held responsible for any lost profits or any special, indirect, or
consequential damages.
VII. SHIPPING
BIGBRITE agrees to assume responsibility for shipping expenses for the return of any defective component or LED
sign to New Albany, IN (USA) while this warranty remains in effect. BIGBRITE assumes responsibility for any
damage incurred to our products during our shipment process to or from the purchaser. You must notify BIGBRITE
within 7 days of receiving your product to report damaged or missing parts. BIGBRITE can be notified concerning

OUTDOOR LED SIGN WARRANTY INFORMATION
I. COVERAGE
This warranty provides coverage on all failed electronic parts and assemblies, as well as all mechanical
components of BIGBRITE products. In the event of failure, BIGBRITE agrees to supply replacement parts. We
make every effort to make these parts available within 24 hours. BIGBRITE will replace failed LEDs (on-site labor
not included) on BIGBRITE outdoor displays. Failure is defined as when the LED no longer emits light.
II. SHIPPING
BIGBRITE assumes responsibility for any damage incurred to our products during our shipment process to the
purchaser. You must notify BIGBRITE within 7 days of receiving your product to report damaged or missing parts.
