At Big Brite, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We'd like to help you resolve any purchase problem as quickly and easily
as possible. You must meet the terms and conditions listed below to make an exchange or return. Please note: Not all items are covered by our return
policy. Please read the complete return policy before you make your purchase.
General Policies
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.*
We cannot process exchanges or credits without one. - An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days
all sales are FINAL.
- Returned package(s) must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
- All indoor LED signs are sold with a 1 year warranty, outdoor signs.
Warranty is for service/exchange only.
No refunds will be given.
- We strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages for any return
items. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item.
- Please note all returns conditions listed below, are applicable to your return.
- All cost incurred by Big Brite prior to shipment shall be invoiced to and paid by the
Customer. Big Brite charges a 25% restocking fee on all returned products. All returns
must be securely packaged, if any loss or damage occurs, additional charges may
apply.
- Items with a weight exceeding 150lbs need to be coordinated through our Customer Care
Center by calling (866) 867-2442 ext. 130.
- All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include
all accessories, papers, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
Receiving Credit
Credit will be issued within seven business days of receiving your return. All refunds
for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original
invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial
institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit
to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to
your financial institution.
When returning an item paid for by check or money order,
a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive
your return.
Delivery
Big Brite shipping dates are only approximate. Big Brite shall not be held liable
for any delay or failure to make delivery as a result of, and not limited to, labor
disputes, fires, floods, accidents, product shortages, national emergencies, governmental
regulations, force majeure, acts of God, delays in transport, power,
Requesting a Product Return
You can choose any of these convenient methods:
- Send your request email to returns@bigbrite.com. Please include your
transaction number.
- If you have an E-Account, you can click on �Making Returns� from your My Orders
page, or simply click here if
logged in now. A list of purchases made over the past 30 days will be displayed
from which you can easily select the item(s) you�d like to return. For more information

- If you do not have an E-Account, you can fill out our online RMA Request Form.
- You may contact our Customer Care Center at (866)
867-2442 from Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM
(not available on Sat - Sun).
- Write your RMA number legibly on the return label.
- Return the entire package to:
